Report a Maintenance Issue
Step 1 - Disable Pop-Ups
- Please use a standard PC or MAC Browser (Tablets and Mobile devices are not supported).
- Please disable pop-up blockers for this browser (search Google for information regarding your specific browser!)
- If pop-ups aren't disabled, you will need to enable the pop-up by clicking an icon on your address bar while on the WebTMA webpage.
Step 2 - Fill Out Request
- The request will open in a new window if Pop-ups are blocked
- Please enter your name, email, building Name, and Room number to proceed.
- Type the issue in the "Action Requested" box. Be as detailed as possible.
- Click "Save" on the upper right corner of the window to submit your request.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:When filling out the ‘Action Requested’ field, please be detailed as possible with the issue that you are facing. For example, if one of the lights in your room is out, please write the location of the light and which light is out in your room. (i.e. The light closest to the window on the right wall is out.) |
Step 3: You're Done! It is that simple!
