Problems With Your Online Housing Application

I have gotten to the Housing Application Login, but can't get into the system! What do I do?

Your login number will be your EKU ID number; your password will be your birth date in mmddyy format. For example, if you were born August 18, 1990, your PIN will be 081890. Please note: EVEN IF YOU CHANGED YOUR PIN NUMBER FOR EKU DIRECT, YOUR PASSWORD FOR YOUR HOUSING APPLICATION WILL STILL BE YOUR BIRTH DATE.

I am certain that I have everything correct, but I still can't get into the system! What do I do?

You need to contact EKU Housing via EKU e-mail. Contact our Housing Technology Department directly via email and explain the situation; remember that the Housing Office will need your EKU ID number and birth date. Please include "login problem" in the subject line to expedite the service. You may expect an e-mail within two business days.
