Located next to the EKU Center for the Arts, Keene Hall offers a convenient location to the Business & Technology Center, the College of Justice & Safety and the Perkins Building. With affordable living, a close-knit community, and large outdoor patio spaces (including a sand vollyball court) students develop close bonds and build strong relationships. 


History of Keene Hall

Historic Keene Hall Keene Hall was named to honor William L. Keene, former professor of English, who ended 39 years of service on the Eastern faculty in 1965. The 16-story brick residence hall was built in 1969 and is still a vibrant campus community today.
