  • Only one student picks a living space - For example, A & B want to be roommates. A is a Junior and gets to select their space first. If you can't find a space in the style or building you prefer you can select a space for the time being and wait and see what comes available during the March 16-31 room change. While we can't guarantee a space will come available in your preferred building or room style, you will have the opportunity to control your room selection for Fall 2020.

Please remember that Grand Campus is a designated Junior+ community only. Students who are not Juniors or above will not be eligible to call DIBS into Grand Campus.

Q: What if I can't afford the pre-payment?

A: If you are struggling to pay the $200 pre-payment, please reach out to our Housing Office via e-mail at housing@eku.edu.
