Report a Maintenance Issue

Step 1 - Login to the System:

  • Login to the EKU Housing Portal by clicking the button below. Your username is your Student ID and your password is your 6-digit birthdate in mmddyy format.
  • Click "Submit Work Order" on the left hand main menu.

Step 2 - Fill Out Request:

  • Type the issue in the "Description" box.  Be as detailed as possible.  See box above.
  • If you wish, choose the "Type" or leave it blank.
  • Click "Save".
IMPORTANT REMINDER:

When filling out the ‘Description’ field, please be detailed as possible with the issue that you are facing. For example, if one of the lights in your room is out, please write the location of the light and which light that is out in your room.  (i.e. The light closest to the window on the right wall is out.)

Step 3: You're Done!  It is that simple!
